After having a couple of rough, very busy, tiring, and stressful weeks, I decided to browse through my favorites again. You know what I found? I found a LOT of really great work! Stuff I had forgotten I had there! I mean, think about it. I have about four years of favorites saved in my favorites gallery, and it's really terrific artwork!
So, I have decided that for this feature, I'm going to show off my traditional favorites from my favorites gallery (I'll save digital artwork for another time). I know I won't be able to get ALL of the work featured that I'd like to due to limited space, but maybe I can turn it into several features. I think I'll do that.
Here is the first installment of my absolute favorite pieces of artwork here at DA!! (Installment II coming soon! Watch for it!)
Enjoy the eye candy!

It's a great show and I have found it to be very inspiring and helpful as an artist. I would like to invite all of you artists out there to join me in this challenge and we can do it
Featured Artists!
I was browsing through DA and came across these two artists. WOW! I love their artwork! I wanted to introduce them to you all so you could enjoy them too!
The first artist is Jennifer Healy who does amazing portraits! She uses colored pencils mostly, but also includes pan pastels and watercolor, plus she does do some digital pieces, and she has a few tutorials as well. Below are some of her artwork that I liked the best, but you've got to check out her gallery yourself and be sure to fav the ones you really like!
Second is Hellobaby. She uses mechanical pencils, pens, and Faber-Castell Classic Colored Pencils for her artwork. She also does
Fantastic Realistic Watercolors! ~ October Special
October 12, 2015
Since I am attempting to teach myself watercolors, I decided as my first journal since coming back to DA in several years would be highlighting the wonderful traditional realistic watercolor artists here on DA! I have chosen paintings made with watercolor paints as well as watercolor pencils as long as the pencils were also made wet with a brush.
Show these artists your love by faving their pictures and leaving a comment.
